Seller and Buyer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Parties".
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Product and Order Information
The product name, model, quantity, sales price, VAT amount, if any, delivery fee and payment information are presented to the Buyer during the order.
Upon confirmation of the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the information regarding the order.
4. Payment
Collection is made via the payment method chosen by the buyer.
The product price and any delivery, shipping or other additional fees are clearly shown to the Buyer before the order.
5. Delivery
The ordered product is sent to the delivery address specified during the order.
Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product, production status and order conditions. For products prepared according to special production or technical specifications, the delivery time is also notified to the Buyer.
The packaging and visible condition of the product should be checked upon receipt of the product. In case of damaged deliveries, it is recommended to notify the carrier company with a report.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer, within the framework of the conditions specified in the legislation, from the date the product is delivered to him or the third party he/she determines. within 14 days may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the procedures and conditions specified in the relevant legislation.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products that are considered within the scope of exceptions to the right of withdrawal in consumer legislation.
Exceptions in the relevant legislation apply, especially for products prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or personal needs and produced in special sizes or features.
7. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must clearly notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw.
If possible, the product to be returned must be sent unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
The provisions of the current consumer legislation apply during the return and withdrawal processes.
8. Defective Product
If the delivered product is determined to be defective, the Buyer's optional rights arising from the applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
When the Buyer detects a defect or nonconformity, he can contact the Seller and report the situation.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data of the Buyer is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation for the purpose of creating the order, carrying out payment and delivery transactions, carrying out customer services and fulfilling legal obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes that may arise from this agreement, the provisions of the consumer legislation in force shall apply.
In consumer transactions, authorized persons within the scope of the relevant legislation Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is responsible and authorized.
11. Enforcement
When the Buyer confirms his order on the website, he declares that he has read and accepted the terms of this agreement.
The contract enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
